Delivery Information
Same Day Delivery
If you order flowers from us before 12:30 PM on weekdays, they can be delivered the same day. We’ll try our best to meet your preferred time, but we can’t promise a specific hour. Normally, flower deliveries happen between 8 AM and 5 PM on weekdays and between 10 AM and 2 PM on Saturdays. We don’t deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Next Day Delivery
If you want your order delivered the next day or earlier, we can’t promise a specific time but we guarantee it will arrive on the day you choose (as long as the person is there to receive it).
What if the Person Isn’t There? – Sometimes, the person isn’t home when we deliver. In that case, we’ll leave a card asking them to contact us to arrange a suitable delivery time. We might also leave the gift with a neighbor or colleague and inform the recipient about it.
Specific Delivery Times – We can’t promise specific delivery times. Deliveries are made between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday to Friday. Some of our florists also deliver on Saturday mornings. If you want a morning or afternoon delivery, there may be an extra charge.
Complications – If you’re sending gifts for a special occasion or if there’s a deadline for delivery, make sure we can contact you. Sometimes unexpected things happen, like if your friend leaves the hospital before we deliver the gift. The sooner we can reach you, the quicker we can find a solution.
Gourmet & Gift Hampers and Other Products – These products will be delivered by courier. Orders need to be placed before 2 PM on weekdays and anytime on weekends. Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 working days, depending on where you are. We don’t deliver couriered products on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays. We’ll try our best to meet your delivery requests, but we can’t guarantee a specific time.
Changes – If you need to change something in your order, like the address or delivery date, contact our customer service as soon as possible. If we haven’t sent it yet, we should be able to make the changes.
Busy Periods – Holidays like Valentine’s Day are busy times for deliveries. To ensure your gift arrives on time, place your order as early as possible, preferably a few days in advance.
Please note that we don’t deliver flowers on Sundays or public holidays, and our hampers/couriered products are only delivered on weekdays (excluding public holidays). If an item isn’t delivered, let us know, and we’ll do our best to fix the problem quickly.
Flower Availability and Substitutions – The flowers you see on the website might look a bit different when delivered due to seasonal availability and design interpretation. We might also substitute flowers, vases, or other items with something similar if necessary. We’ll try to inform you about substitutions, but we’re not always able to do so.
Damaged Flowers – Sometimes flowers might get a bit damaged during delivery. If that happens, contact us within 24 hours, and we can either send a replacement on the next available delivery date or give you a full refund.
Refunds and Complaints
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products and services. If there’s an issue, let us know within 24 hours with a picture of the problem. We’ll evaluate the complaint and may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation. If there’s a problem with delivery, like if we can’t deliver on the chosen date, we’ll either refund you or try to redeliver on a suitable date. If we try to deliver and the recipient isn’t there, we’ll try once more before charging an additional delivery fee. If there’s a delay in delivery and you’ve paid for a specific delivery time, we may refund the delivery charge or offer compensation with discount vouchers for future purchases. If you receive damaged products, we’ll either refund you or send a replacement, but you’ll need to return the original product. If we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll refund you in full. If we send the wrong product, we’ll send the correct one, and you’ll need to return the wrong one. All compensation will be in the form of a refund or discount vouchers for future orders. We can’t provide any other form of compensation.
