Our flower arrangements feature top-tier, freshly-cut blooms crafted for longevity. Each bouquet is accompanied by flower food and care instructions to enhance their freshness.

In case of any issues with your flowers or plants, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for investigation, potentially with a supporting photograph.

• Refunds may be granted occasionally, subject to management’s discretion.
• Due to the perishable nature of floral products, it’s advisable to report any concerns within one working day of product delivery.
• Proper care is essential for all items. Failure to adhere to care instructions outlined in our flower care leaflets may result in ineligibility for refunds or exchanges, especially for cut flowers and select plants.
• We meticulously inspect all returned flowers and plants claimed to be faulty or damaged. If they are found to be in good condition, refunds will not be issued.
• Refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges will be provided for proven faulty or damaged products, solely at management’s discretion.
